“Staff were very nice. Everything worked (well-maintained). Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast looked good though we didn’t eat at the hotel. The lobby was a little messy after a team had a gathering but that happens.”

“What a horrible experience my sister and I had, the rooms were very dated and dirty. The 1st room we were given was in a totally unacceptable condition. The bed covers were wrinkled both looking as if they’d been laid on, the pullout couch where my little nieces would sleep had dirty spots, bleached out stains no covers were provided for it in the original room nor the room we had to move to which was just doable, though not much better especially the couch. Had the girls just sleep with us. We……
